Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective October 19, 2026

WIELRMO Corp. sells digital course access. Sales are generally final once access is sent.

1. Before access

Cancel before we send access and we refund payment already collected, minus non-recoverable processor fees where applicable.

2. After access

Limited refunds within seven days if materials will not open after troubleshooting — not for dissatisfaction with personal results.

3. Trio & Desk Pass

Trio: one swap before access email; no partial refunds after delivery. Desk Pass: cancel before next cycle; no proration of an active month unless delivery failed entirely or law requires.

4. How to request

Email connect@wielrmo.com with name, date, course codes, and whether access arrived.
